“Services” include our AI assistants, chat widgets, voice AI, integrations, and related software features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwiftFlowBot. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use SwiftFlowBot only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Misuse (spam, abuse, or prohibited content) may result in suspension or termination.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All prices are displayed in USD and may change with prior notice.
Refunds:
- Annual plans include a 60-day money-back guarantee.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Trials

We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.

6. Third-Party Services

SwiftFlowBot may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., HighLevel, WhatsApp, Messenger, Twilio, OpenAI). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or limitations caused by these services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks remain the property of SwiftFlowBot.
Users retain rights to their data but grant SwiftFlowBot a license to process it as needed for service delivery.

8. Data & Privacy

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to such processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
SwiftFlowBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (or your applicable jurisdiction if otherwise specified).

12. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
